Pressure and flow are different
Pressure pushes water; flow tells you how much arrives each minute. Both matter. Measure performance at the planned shower while other household use is considered.
The hot-water system sets a limit
A combi boiler has a maximum hot-water rate. A cylinder has stored capacity. A large head cannot create more hot water than the system can deliver.
Head size should follow the system
A well-chosen smaller head often feels better than an oversized one running below its design flow. A hand shower adds flexibility without demanding full rainfall flow every time.

What to remember
Measure available flow first and choose the head around it. Bigger is not automatically better.Bathroom fitters Glasgow
